For years, Philippa Scott struggled to be the mother she wanted to be for her daughters. Unresolved childhood trauma, difficult life experiences, and birth trauma created an emotional wall that left her parenting from a place of survival, always feeling she wasn’t enough.

When her eldest daughter turned 16, everything came crashing down. Her body and mind gave way to adrenal fatigue, and the guilt and strain on her relationships became unbearable. Philippa longed to be fully present for her daughters but didn’t know how to heal.

It was then she discovered The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP), and it changed everything. For the first time, Philippa was able to release the trauma stored in her nervous system—not just birth trauma, but all the unresolved pain from her past. Through this profound healing, she reconnected with her intuition and found the strength to rebuild her relationships with her daughters. What once felt like failure transformed into the joy and connection she had always longed for.

This life-changing transformation became her mission. As the founder of Fantastic Futures and The Family Architect Studio, Philippa now helps parents like herself heal from their past, reconnect deeply with their children, and rediscover the joy in parenting. Her work as a mental health therapist, birth and parenting coach, and trauma specialist is rooted in her personal journey of struggle to healing. She is passionate about guiding others toward the same peace and connection she now enjoys with her daughters.
